I am soo....
Tired.
And very sleepy today.
Had bad stomach cramps and that made me lose focus in work apart from being too sleepy.
So yeah, I missed out quite a number of things in the report...
And I think I just sucks la today.
I was half dead too when passing report.
And the best thing is, I didn't realised that the sister was observing me when I passed till I was halfway through.. or maybe almost done.
Haha.
I even had a mental block.
Seriously, I just couldn't function well today.
I so need lots of time to rest.
And sleep.. as suggested by my preceptor.
Haha.
I'm gonna pass out soon and the thought of handling stroke patients can make me drop dead in the ward.
Sheeesh.
This is the most strenuous ward I've ever worked in.
